乐昌含笑扦插繁殖技术研究

Study on the Cutting Propagation of Michelia chapensis Dandy

乐昌含笑是我国南方重要的乡土阔叶树种,2002～2004年的扦插试验表明:乐昌含笑扦插宜在春夏两季开展;选用半木质化穗条,用火烧土混黄心土作基质,以5 cm×12 cm塑料袋作扦插容器,并用适当浓度的ABT溶液处理穗条,可获得较理想的成活率.

Michelia chapensis Dandy is an important wood-used indigenous broad-leaved tree species in south China. The cutting propagation trial from 2002 - 2004 showed that spring and summer were the best seasons for Michelia chapensis Dandy cutting propagation by selecting medium-hardening shoots cutting from 2 age mother tree put in the 5 cmx 12 cm size plastic bag with medium of yellow mud mixed little fire soil. If the cutting treated with 500 mg/L ABT liquor, it can get the higher survive rate.
