摘要
在沿海地区的软土地基上修建高质量的公路必须对地基进行处理,软土地基处理的方法有多种,但各有其适用范围和优缺点,现浇薄壁筒桩软土地基加固技术,是岩土工程界最近研发的新桩型,其主要优点是混凝土土方量少、造价低、施工速度快、加固处理深度不受限制,适宜各种地质条件。文章介绍了现浇薄壁筒桩技术原理、施工机具设备、施工工艺以及在杭州—千岛湖高速公路软土地基加固中的应用。现场静载试验检测和低应变检测结果表明,单桩承载力满足设计要求,桩身完整,其混凝土强度达到了设计值,可满足工程需要。
Soft foundation reinforcement technique using cast-in-place thin wall pipe piles possesses the merits of fewer amounts of concrete volume,low cost,fast construction speed,almost unlimited reinforcement depth,and so on. Therefore it is suitable for various geotechnical conditions. This paper introduces the cast-in-place thin wall pipe pile technique including technical principle,construction equipment,construction process and application in the soft foundation reinforcement for Hangzhou to Qiandaohu Highway Project. The static load test in-situ and low-strain detection show that the bearing capacity of single pile meets design demand;pile integrity is good;concrete strength of pile reaches design value.
