摘要
在安装工程中,一般采用机械切割或等离子切割机对铸铁进行切割,但这些方法存在对场地要求高、设备较复杂和昂贵等不足,而氧乙炔切割具有设备简单实用、切割成本低、不受空间限制、操作方便灵活等优点。为将氧乙炔切割技术用于铸铁的切割,分析了氧乙炔切割的基本条件和铸铁的切割性能,根据多次试验和现场实际应用,确定了铸铁氧乙炔切割技术的工艺参数。助燃圆钢的引入,降低了切割处的燃点,减少了氧化物的相对含量,增强了熔渣的流动性。现场实际应用表明,按照确定的工艺参数和操作方法对铸铁进行切割,切口质量优良,满足工程需要。
The analysis on basic condition and performance of oxygen-acetylene cutting cast iron is conducted. On the basis of many experiments and practices,the process parameters of this technique are confirmed. Practical application in-situ shows that the quality of cuts is excellent and satisfies engineering requirement when cutting in accordance with certain process parameters and operational method.
