摘要
吉林石化分公司15万t/a乙烯装置节能改造项目,其裂解炉炉膛温度高,使用条件苛刻,辐射炉管材质为高温合金钢ZG40Ni35Cr25NbM。针对炉管结构复杂、管间距小、焊接难度大、质量要求高的特点,分析了炉管的化学成分、力学性能及焊接性能,制订了合理的焊接顺序和焊接方法,提出了焊接时的注意事项。按照所制订的焊接工艺和方法共焊接各种规格焊口640道,探伤一次合格率为99.5%,证明该焊接工艺和方法是可行的。
In the 15×104t/a ethylene facility energy-saving reconstruction project in Jilin Petrochemical Subcompany,the pyrolysis furnace runs at high temperature and rigorous condition. The pipe material of radiant furnace is high temperature alloy ZG40Ni35Cr25NbM. Aimed at the welding difficulty arising from complex furnace pipe structure and narrow space between pipes,and analyzing the chemical composition,mechanical property and weldability of furnace pipes,the rational welding procedure and method are established. After testing 640 welds,the once qualification rate reaches 99.5 %,that shows the welding process and method are effective and feasible.
