摘要
中原油田南气北输工程,其天然气管道在经过黄河大堤处采用悬索式跨越,悬索塔架的吊装是该工程的重点。根据大型铰支塔架吊装施工的特点和施工现场的实际条件,通过力学计算、分析、比较,确定采用4台40t吊车通过空中旋转接力法吊装塔架的方案。阐述了旋转接力法在大重量、高重心铰支塔架吊装施工中的可行性。该方法既解决了大型起重吊装设备调迁困难的问题,同时又可缩短施工工期,提高工作效率,节约施工成本,对类似工程施工具有借鉴意义。
In South to North Gas Pipeline Project of Zhongyuan Oilfield,the gas pipeline crossing through Yellow River applies suspension type. The hoisting of tower is a major task for the project. Based on the hoisting construction feature of large hinge-support tower and field circumstance,combined with mechanics calculation,analysis and comparison,the aerial rotation relay method using four sets of cranes is adopted for tower hoisting. This method overcomes the difficulty of conveying heavy hoisting equipment,shortens construction period,raises working efficiency,and saves construction costs.
