nm23基因表达与膀胱癌生物学行为的关系 被引量:18

nm23 expression and the biologic behavior of bladder cancer

摘要 为了揭示nm23基因表达与膀胱癌生物学行为的关系,应用免疫组化方法检测了39例膀胱癌组织nm23表达。发现膀胱癌组织nm23表达较正常有不同程度减弱,膀胱癌分化越差,肿瘤直径越大,nm23表达缺失越严重。浸润性膀胱癌nm23表达显著弱于表浅膀胱癌(P<0.05),但T2~3与分期大于T4膀胱癌nm23表达无显著性差异(P>0.05)。随访研究发现,T2~3患者nm23表达阴性发生转移的机会显著高于nm23表达阳性者(P<0.05)。结论:nm23基因表达与膀胱癌分级、分期、大小密切相关。 nm23 gene activity assayed by immunohistochemical technique was carried out in 39 cases of transitional cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder. Poorly differentiated carcinoma showed weaker nm23 immunostaining than the well differentiated(P<0. 05). Invasive tumors showed also weaker nm23 immunostaining than the superficial ones(P<0.05). There was however no significant difference between T2 ̄3 tumors and those beyond T4(P>0. 05). On follow-up studies,T2 ̄3 carcinoma with negative nm23 expression were more prone to metastasis than the nm23 positive ones(P<0. 05). nm23 expression was highly related to the grade and clinical stage of transitional cell carcinoma of bladder and might provide some clue to the possibility of future metastasis.
