摘要
流量分配是将分配管中流体分配到分支管的流动过程。在工程设计计算中,分配管系统是个十分复杂的过程。只能根据具体结构构建模型。本文通过质量和能量衡算关系,将分配管系统上的元件分成两部分,并分别建立模型,最终推导出了树状分配管系统数学模型。与此同时,本文还提出了适用于本模型的“逆算型迭代法”,为动力、化工、机械等行业流体分配的流动设计提供了有效的理论分析方法。
he flow distributor distributes flow in a distribution pipe to offset pipes.In engineering design,the system of flow distribution pipe is very complex.At present,there is no a uniform model for use.This paper derives the model of flow distribution pipe system through relation of mass and energy.A reverse iterative method is drawn for the model.The model provides effective solving methods for the design of distribution pipe of fluid flow in the power,chemical and mechanical engineering.
