一、国家赔偿的立法
中国有关国家赔偿的立法，是宪法规定基础上以《中华人民共和国国家赔偿法》为主，以其他法律、法规、规章以及司法解释相配套的体系。而且，这种立法是在发展过程中逐步形成、逐步明朗和逐步完善的。
1. Legislation on State Compensation
The legislation on state compensation in China is a system comprising the Law on State Compensation of the People＇s Republic of China （“SC Law”） as the main body and related laws, administrative regulations and rules and judicial interpretations, based on the provisions of the Constitution. Such legislation has been gradually formed, gradually clarified and gradually improved in the process of development.
