摘要
为增进香港与内地法律学生双向交流,增加香港法律学生对祖国的认识及对内地法律的了解,今年6月,在国家教育部、港澳办及香港中联办大力支持下,主办方香港法律教育信托基金组织了28位香港大学及香港城市大学法律学院二、三、四年级及专业进修学生到北京实习交流1个月。此项活勤由香港大学法学院及香港城市大学法学院协办、北京清华大学承办。活动包括介绍内地基本法律课程,参观拜访港澳办、全国人大法工委、司法部、教育部、公证处、最高人民检察院及第一中级人民法院等。安排学生到人民法院、人民检察院、法律援助中心、公证处、律师事务所及企业法律部门等实习3个星期。学生们在这次活动中获得的不单是专业方面的知识,增加对内地法律及文化的了解,也感受到国家对青年人的爱护,对香港同胞的关怀。现将香港法律学生的实习有感摘登如下:
To enhance the mutual exchanges of law students in Hong Kong and the mainland and increase Hong Kong law students＇ understandings of the motherland and mainland laws, in June this year, supported by the Ministry of Education, Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council and Liaison Office of the Central People＇s Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Legal Education Trust Fund of Hong Kong sponsored 28 sophomore, junior, senior and postgraduate law students from the University of Hong Kong and City University of Hong Kong to come to Beijing for one-month internship and exchange. This program was assisted by the Faulty of Law of the University of Hong Kong and School of Law of the City University of Hong Kong, and held by the Tsinghua University in Beijing. The activities in this program ranged from courses introducing basic mainland laws to visiting the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council, Legislative Affairs Commission of the National People＇ s Congress, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Education, notarial offices, Supreme People＇s Procuratorate, Beijing No.1 Intermediate People＇s Court, etc. The students were arranged to intern in the people＇s courts, people＇s procuratorates, legal aid centers, notarial offices, law firms and law departments of enterprises for three weeks.
