摘要
由生物工程生产的生物药品,因具有疗效好、副作用小、可治疗疑难杂症而受到关注,为保持生物活性和保证疗效,生物药品大多采用真空冷冻干燥。综述了生物药品冷冻干燥过程的关键问题、蛋白变性失活与防止问题。
There are good curative effect and little side effect of biopharmaceutical products, some difficulty mixed diseases can be treat, so it is paied close attention. In this paper, some major problems such as protein denaturalization and deactivation are summarized.
