石英砂干燥工艺装备综述

Review of silicon sand drying process

随着石英砂在国内需求量的日益增大,石英砂干燥作为玻璃等终端产品的必需工序,其干燥工艺的作用也越来越重要。介绍了四种国内常用的干燥工艺装备,分析了它们的优缺点,并对这四种生产工艺装备的经济性作了比较,提出了设备选用建议。

Dring of silicon sand is the first processing unit in a glass making plant.With the increasing demand for silicon sand in market, an efficient drying process for silicon sand is getting more and more important.Four common used processes in China were introduced in this paper.The advantages and disadvantages of these four processes were analysed and their economical properties were compared.An optimum process among them both in technological and economic aspects was recommended.
