摘要
作为一种管理模式的团队,它的兴起具有现实和历史的必然性。在我国行政改革的进程中,政府中的团队与团队化管理具有十分积极的意义。同时,政府团队化管理过程中却存在着团队理念的偏失,正确地理解团队与团队化管理,构筑我国的政府团队化管理模式,对推进我国行政体制改革和提高政府公共管理水平具有重要意义。
The rise of teamship management as a management mode is inevitable, considering the demand of history and reality. In the process of administrative reform in China, the ideas of team and teamship management in government have a positive role to play. With the absence of teamship idea in governmental management, correct understanding of teamship management and construction of our own teamship management mode are crucial to further reform of administration and improvement of administrative management in China.
