摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法分析邻苯二酚产品,并分别对照内标法、外标法及归一法测定时对分析结果的影响,取得良好的结果并且实现邻苯二酚产品及所含杂质对苯二酚、间苯二酚、对苯醌、苯酚的良好分离.内标法时邻苯二酚回收率在97.8%~101%之间,相对偏差为1.2%.
High-performance Liquid Chromatography with silica column was employed for the analysis of the high purity catechol.The mixture of hexane-isopropanol-acetic acid was used as the mobile phase.The gradient elution method and programmed changing of detection wavelength were also used to improve the separating property. Three methods were used: internal standard method, external standard method and normalization method. The internal standard is p-, tert-butyl pyrocatechol.The recovery of catechol is between 97.8% - 101% ,the relative standard deviation is lees than 1.2%.
