桔梗种子成熟天数与成熟度及发芽率的关系

The relation of ripe period with the ripe degree and germination rate of platycodon grandiflorum seeds

通过对同一天开放的100朵多年生栽培桔梗花挂牌后,自开花后第21天开始每隔5 d进行取样,得到了不同成熟度的桔梗种子.对这些种子和2004年春天在国内不同药材种子市场上购买的商品桔梗种子,分别测定千粒重和发芽率,分析自开花到种子完全成熟所需要的时间、种子成熟天数和千粒重的关系、千粒重和发芽率的关系等,为桔梗的良种繁育提供理论依据.

After hanging cards to the perennial culminated platycodon grandiflorum which blossomed at the same day, the seeds of different ripe degrees were gained by sampling every five days. We measured the weight of a thousand seeds and germination rates of these seeds and commodity seeds from different seeds markets, and analyzed the needing time from blooming to entirely ripen, relation of ripe period of seeds and weight of a thousand seeds, and relation of the weight of a thousand seeds and germina- tion rate which provided theoretical basis for the seed stock breeding of Platycodon grandiflorum.
