摘要
覆盖黑色地膜可延长轮叶党参和桔梗的生育期,提高地下部根的产量;但其外观品质、可溶性蛋白、可溶性总糖、淀粉含量与无地膜覆盖无差异;轮叶党参的总皂甙含量有所增加,桔梗则有所降低.
Mulching black film can prolong the growing periods and raise the rhizomes yield underground of Codonposis Lanceolata Bentn et Hook. f and Platycodon grandiflorum （Jacq） A. DC. But the appearance quality, content of soluble protein, soluble total sugar and starch had no difference with CK. The total saponin content of Codonposis Lanceolata Bentn et Hook . f increased than CK, but that of Platycodon grandiflorum （Jacq） A. DC decreased than CK.
