氯氨酮对小白鼠全身麻醉的试验

摘要 为筛选较理想的小白鼠全身麻醉药物,选健康成年小白鼠32只,随机分成4组,用氯氨酮进行全身麻醉,观测麻醉前后小白鼠的呼吸变化及其诱导期、麻醉期和苏醒时间.小白鼠腹腔注射氯氨酮1~1.5 mg/10 g体重,4~8 min可平稳进入麻醉状态,麻醉诱导快,小白鼠无呕吐、躁动等现象,呼吸次数变化不明显,可持续20~40 min.氯氨酮用于小白鼠的麻醉,安全有效. To screen better mice general anesthetic drug, thirty-two healthy mice were choosed and divided into four groups stochastically to observe their breathing changes, induction stage, anesthetic stage and revival time. The results showed that the mice used ketamine 1--1.5 mg/10 g under intraperitoneal, could enter into drugged state stably in 4-8 minutes and had no disgorging, restless phenomena, and their respiration rate had no remarkable changes. The anesthetic stage could persist 20 - 40 minutes. Anyway, Ketamin is one kind of safety, comfortable, useable anesthesia drug for general anesthesia of mice.
