摘要
介绍天津高校数字化图书馆联盟建设的缘起；从技术平台建设、资源建设、服务、组织管理与投资效益分析等方面对天津高校数字化图书馆联盟进行全面分析；对天津高校数字化图书馆联盟取得初步成效的原因进行总结。
The paper firstly describes the background for the development of Tianjin Academic Digital Library Consortia. Then it analyzes the construction of the consortia from the following five aspects： technological platform, resources building, service, organization structure, and performance effectiveness analysis. At last, the paper snmmarizes all the factors by which the Tianjin Academic Digital Library Consortia has made such a preliminary achievement.
