Data Center Construction of Tianjin Academic Digital Library Consortia

结合天津高校数字化图书馆联盟建设的经验,指出数据中心是数字化图书馆建设中的基础技术平台建设,并就数据中心建设中的网络环境、机房环境、主机系统、安全架构、数据备份、管理等问题进行分析研究。最后,提出具体解决方案和实施步骤。

Taking the construction of Tianjin Academic digital library consortia as an example, the paper shows the importance of the establishment of a data center for digital libraries. Then the paper discusses the network and computer room environment, the main- frame system, the security structure, data back-up, and managerial issues for the data center construction. In addition, it is thought that the concrete measures and implementing steps for this programm is good for further reference.
