摘要
介绍开放存取产生的动因和背景,从4个方面论述开放存取对图书馆产生的积极影响,认为图书馆只有积极宣传开放存取的作用与意义,建设和利用开放存取资源,争取成为开放存取期刊的机构会员,严格遵守开放存取规则,才能给以信息收藏与开发利用为重心的图书馆工作带来新气象。
As a new mode of publication, open access will have a great influence on libraries. Open access may provide more possibilities for libraries to make a thorough use of the works, which would make libraries get a large number of information resources and reduce the acquisition costs. Furthermore, libraries should pay attention to the regulations, and different authorizing clauses to have a proper choice.
