摘要
采用文献资料调研、问卷调查等方法,对中超联赛4支俱乐部主场观众的满意度进行研究。主要结论:足球观众满意度主要受到观众预期和观众让渡价值的影响。我国足球观众满意度较低,俱乐部应该从管理观众预期、提高观众让渡价值、提升员工满意度、增加观众关系价值和及时处理观众抱怨等方面提高足球观众的满意程度。
Through using the method of literature and questionnaire, this paper made study on satisfaction of host audience from four clubs in Chinese super league. The result showed that the satisfaction of soccer audience was influenced by audience expectation and delivered value. Clubs should manage audience expectation ,raise the delivered value ,increase the satisfaction of staff, improve the relation value and settle complain in order to raise the satisfaction of soccer audience.
