摘要 目的:改进甲砜霉素胶囊的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(150×4.6mm,5μm); 流动相为:水-甲醇-冰醋酸(55:45:0.1);流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长273nm;柱温:室温;结果:甲砜霉素在1.0-10.0μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为100.2%,RSD=0.25%。结论:该法可用于甲砜霉素胶囊中的甲砜霉素含量测定。 Objective: To improve the determination method of Thlamphenicol determination in Thiamphenicol capsules. Method:An HPLC method was carried and by using Kromasll C18 column (150mm×4. 6mm,5μm)and mobile phase watermethanol-acetic acid(55 :45 : 0. l).The flow rate was 1.0ml· min^-1,and detection wavelength was at 273nm. Resuits:The linear range of Thiamphenicol was 1.0~ 10.0μg,and the recovery rate of the method was 100. 2% with RSD= 0. 25%. Conclusion:the method is accurate and suitable for the analysis of Thiamphenicol in Thiamphenicol Capsules.
