目的:建立一种测定氨咖黄敏片人工牛黄中的贝斯素的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:采用TLC鉴别方法。结果:通过改变提取方法和展开剂获得清晰、持久的TLC图谱。结论:本法简便,灵敏,准确,重现性好,能有效地控制氨咖黄敏片的质量。

Objective： To establish a TLC method of identification for Beisisu of artificial cow-hezoar in Ankahuangmin Tablets. Methods： Identification using TLC. Result： Improving the method of extraction and development,the TLC diagram were fairly clear and stable. Conclusion ：The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and has a good reproducibility. It cart be used for quality control of Ankahuangmin Tablets more effectively.
