催化剂配制罐搅拌系统技术改进及设计优化

摘要 针对大型分子筛生产线的扩建和技术改造,对生产线的配制罐中搅拌系统进行了合理的技术改进、设计优化和选型,保证了产品 的质量,提高了产量,降低了生产成本,并经实际投入使用,效果良好,达到了设计者的目的。 With respect to the expanding and the technical reform of tbe molecular sieve production line, the technical improvement, de sign optimization and selection of the agitation system used in catalyst preparation vessel were carried out. With the reform, it can be expected that the quality of the products is guaranteed, the production is increased, and the cost is decreased. Now, the reformed equipment has been put into production and the expected result bas been obtained, which means the object of the designer has been reached.
