摘要
荆门石化总厂焦化装置焦炭塔塔顶大油气线在运行期间,多次出现险情,应力超标问题严重。针对该大油气线现有配管方案进 行深入分析,得出该方案本身就存在应力超标的缺陷,从而设计了全新的配管方案。经过近1年的生产实践证明,新配管方案彻底解决了应力 超标的问题,消除了威胁安全生产的重大隐患。
Under working condition, several risk situations, the stress in the pipe exceeded limit, have appeared in the large diameter of oil gas pipeline on the top of coke tower in coke eonstruction in Jingmen Petrochemical Plant. With respect of the current layout of the oil gas pipeline, the analysis showed this layout scheme caused of the phenomena of that stress exceeded limit. Therefore, a new layout scheme was de signed. After one years operation, it has been proved that this new layout scheme solved the problem of stress out of limit, and this hidden danger has been removed.
