摘要
利用I-DEAS软件强大的三维造型功能,结合人工编程的方法对天线的反射面和骨架进行三维造型设计,从而解决了人工和其它软件难以解决的曲面定位精度和型面精度高的难题,大大提高了设计精度和效率。同时,利用I-DEAS软件的干涉检查功能,解决了零部件的干涉问题。
3D models of antenna reflector and framework are created by using the strong function of I - DEAS and manual program, thus, the loeating high-preeision of surfaee is guaranteed, whieh usually ean not be aeeomptished by handwork and other software. The design preeision and efficieney are greatly improved. In addition, the interferenee between parts is removed with the interferenee eheek funetion of I- DEAS.
