淀粉的营养研究进展
The study of progress on nutrition of amylum
摘要
文章从淀粉的组成与结构、消化利用、生物学功能、对动物生产性能的影响和影响动物对淀粉消化利用的因素作一综述,认为:对动物饲料中淀粉营养代谢与调控机理等的研究仍然存在问题。
