摘要
在偏振光实验中,测量量是偏振光干涉光强分布,而最后要表示的是椭圆偏振光电矢量。研究了偏振 光干涉与椭圆偏振光电矢量之间的转换关系,解决了椭圆偏振光电矢量的测量问题。
In polarization experiment, the measured physics quantity is interference intensity distribution of polarized light while the final result of expression is the electric vector of elliptic polarized light. Transition relation between interference intensity of polarized light and electric vector of elliptic poloarized light was studied. Finally, the measured problem of electric vector of elliptic polarized light was sloved.
