介绍了压缩机发生喘振原因,结合CO2压缩机防喘振控制系统,阐述了Woodward防喘振控制系统的特点,防喘振控制的方案和喘振控制变量的计算,以及对现场仪表和控制阀的要求,介绍了开车过程中存在的问题及解决方案。
This paper introduces the reasons for compressor surging,Taking the anti-surge control system for CO2 compressor as an example,the paper deals with the characteristic of Woodward anti-surge control system, scheme of anti-surge and the calculation of surge control variables, as well as the requirement for field instruments and control valves. Also, it reviews the problems existed during start-up and the corresponding solution.
