摘要
以采用苯酚为起始原料,经氯乙酰化、醚化、Clemmensen还原合成了4-(2′-甲氧基乙基)苯酚,总收率达到37%。对其中的关键反应氯乙酰化反应条件进行了优化,优化条件为:以1,2-二氯乙烷或sym-四氯乙烷或两者的混合物溶剂,反应温度为80℃左右,催化剂无水三氯化铝与原料的摩尔比为2.2。该条件下4-氯乙酰基苯酚中间体的收率达到48.3%,溶剂及未反应的原料可回收套用。
4 - (2' - methoxyethyl)phenol was synthesized in overall 37 % yield from phenol via Friedel - Crafts acylation, etherization and Ciemmensen reduction. The key step was investigated including the factors solvent, reaction temperature and catalyst' s dosage. Thus, acylation of phenol and chloroacetyl chloride used 1,2 - dichloroethane or symtetrachloroethane as solvent at 80 ℃ with the mole ratio of catalyst and phenol as 2.2, p- chloroacetylphenol was prepared in 48.3 % yield. The remaining phenol and solvent can be recycled.
