摘要
以TiO2为催化剂,用光催化氧化法处理再生造纸废水。讨论了不同实验条件如焙烧温度、焙烧时间、催化剂用量、H2O2用量、光照时间及废水pH值等对废水COD去除率的影响。结果表明:在焙烧温度为500℃,焙烧时间2 h,pH=8.0,TiO2用量为2.0 g/L,H2O2量(体积分数)0.6%,光照时间4 h的条件下,废水COD的去除率可达90%。
A new method on treating wastewater of repulped papermaking plants by means of photo - catalyzed oxidation TiO2 as the catalyst was introduced in this paper, the influences of experimental parameters such as roasted temperature, roasted time, the amounts of catalyst and H202, radiant time and pH value on the COD removing rate were studied. The result showed that under the optimum conditions such as the roasted temperature of TiO2 as 500 ℃, roasted time as 4 h, the amount of TiO2 as 2.0 g/L and H202 concentration at 0.6 %(V/V), the initial pH value as 8.0, the COD removal rate of wastewater can reach 90 %.
