从2003年起新疆经济进入新一轮稳步、协调、快速发展的新阶段,2005年新疆经济依然保持这一快速增长势头,并出现一系列经济发展的新亮点。2006年是“十一五”规划开局之年,在十六届五中全会指导下,以科学发展观统筹经济全局,在各种利好因素作用下,2006年新疆经济仍将保持二位数增长。

Xinjiang's economy entered into a new round of steady, coordinated and rapid development since 2003 and kept this tendency in 2005.
