摘要
提出可根据数控车床设计时选用的典型切削条件来计算机床总刚度。在进行主轴刚度校验时,可选用按机床总刚度确定的主轴刚度指标。也对主轴简化和轴承刚度计算提出建议。
This paper proposes that the total rigidity of a machine tool can be calculated in terms of the typical cutting condition at the beginning of design for the CNC lathe. The spindle rigidity standard given by the total machine tool rigidity can be adopted when performing spindle rigidity check. Suggestions in the matter of the spindle short-cut and the bearing rigidity calculations are also put forward in this paper.
