摘要
岩盐储气库水溶建腔常采用油垫法,其造腔主要施工参数包括油垫、中间管、中心管等。通过分析在岩盐储气库水溶建腔过程中,油垫位置、中间管位置、中心管位置不同时对溶腔的影响,得出了水溶建腔施工参数对溶腔的影响规律,并结合实际盐矿资料给出了计算实例。研究结果表明,在控制溶腔形状的工艺参数中,油垫位置的控制对腔体形态变化的影响最大,改变油垫的位置,可以有效控制腔体形态;中间管位置在溶蚀过程中是决定溶腔最大半径的主要因素,溶腔的形态受中间管位置的影响很大;中心管位置的变化对溶腔形态的影响很小。掌握油垫、中间管、中心管等位置不同时对岩盐储气库造腔的影响规律,能够为岩盐储气库的溶腔设计与生产提供理论依据和决策手段,以便科学合理地进行设计和生产。
The oil cushion method is used to build the caverns by water for salt dome gas storages. The main operating parameters to build the caverns by water include the oil cushioni the intermediate pipe and the central pipe etc. By analyzing the influence of different position of the parameters on the dissolved caverns in the process to build the caverns by water for salt dome gas storages, the law of the influence of the parameters on the caverns is obtained. With real data of salt mines, the practical calculating examples are prbvided. The study results show among the parameters i the position of the oil cushion has the biggest effect for the shape variation of caverns. Changing the position of the oil cushion can control the shape of caverns effectively. The position of the intermediate pipe is the main factor to determine the maximum radius of caverns in the dissolving process. The position of the intermediate pipe influences the shape of caverns greatly. The position of the central pipe influences the shape of caverns less, Mastering the law of the influence of the parameters on the caverns can provide the theoretical basis and the decision making tool for the cavern design and operation of salt dome gas storage, so that the design and operation can be conducted scientifically and reasonably.
