摘要
三层聚乙烯防腐层方法是目前广泛采用的钢质管道外防腐技术。但在螺旋焊缝钢管涂敷过程中,由于受到焊缝余高的影响,防腐层可能会出现厚薄不均的现象,这将影响防腐管道的寿命。为此,探讨了产生不合格三层聚乙烯防腐层的原因。通过改变胶粘剂、聚乙烯和加热温度等生产工艺参数,对钢管焊缝余高进行处理,可以提高钢管外防腐工艺的一次性合格率。实际生产证实,该技术能减少原材料浪费,降低防腐成本。
3-layer PE anti-corrosion coatings are widely used for outside anti-corrosion of steel pipes now. But the thickness of the coatings may be heterogeneous since the effect of the weld residual high during coating spiral-welded pipes, which will influence the service life of the coated pipe-line. Therefore i the reasons making the 3-layer PE anti-corrosion coatings un-qualifying are investigated. By changing the process parameters such as adhesion sgent, polyethylene (PE), heating temperature etc. to deal with the weld residual high of the steel pipes, the primary success ratio can be improved for the process of outside anti-corrosion of steel pipes. Practice proves the technology can decrease the feed material wastu and reduce the anticorrosion cost.
