摘要
以天然气为主体,煤层气、煤气化等其他气态能源为补充的综合气态能源是随着石油的逐渐紧缺和环境保护的日益迫切而快速发展起来的。因此,立足于我国能源紧张情况和环境压力程度,提出实施我国气态能源跨越式发展战略。以建设全面小康社会的能源可持续发展为出发点,计算了跨越发展气态能源在消费中的目标(比例),同时根据我国天然气资源开发状况和消费构成设计了气态能源的供、需规划,最后提出实现这一跨越式发展的战略措施。
The integral gaseous energy including natural gas as the main part and the other gaseous energy such as coal-bed gas and coal gasification etc. as the auxiliary part gets rapid development since oil shortage becomes severe and environment protection becomes more and more urgent. So according to the situation of energy shortage and environment protection in China, the strategy of salutatory development for gaseous energy is made. To make energy sustainable development as the basic consideration to establish the all-sided well-off society i the proportion gaseous energy accounts for in the energy consumption are calculated for the salutatory development of gaseous energy. Also the supply/ demand plan of gaseous energy is designed in accordance with the development situation and the consumption structure of gas resource in China. At last, the strategic measures are proposed to realize the salutatory development.
