摘要
浙江珠茶闻名全球,产销历史辉煌悠久,出口数量稳步增长,出口市场逐年扩大。但仍存在管理不够规范、质量意识淡薄、企业无序竞争、品牌市场萎缩等问题,必须加强质量安全宣传、加大产业科技投入、加快优势基地建设、加强生产过程控制、强化产销市场管理。
Zhejiang gunpowder tea has a good reputation in the world. It enjoys a brilliant and centuries-old history of production and sale. Recently, the total export volume of gunpowder tea has been increased steadily and the market for export has been expanded gradually. ISIowever, the problems such as nonstandard management, little consciousness of quality, dis order competition and the shrinkage of brand effect still exist. Vigorous efforts should be made in strengthening the awareness of quality safety, increasing the input of science and technology, accelerating the construction of production base with competitive edge, reinforcing the control of production flow and intensifying the management of market.
