摘要
这里介绍了汽车发动机三角皮带轮减振器的结构、要求、工作原理和设计原则。推导出了汽车发动机曲轴扭转振动频响特性曲线的公式。并以实例说明了构成皮带轮减振器的轮毂、橡胶环及具有三角构槽的外环这三个零件的物理参数(包括扭转刚度、转动惯量、阻尼)对减振效果的不同影响。根据频响曲线,说明了如何在各个参数的不同组合中做出最佳选择,以获得最优设计方案。
In the treatise introduced a V - belt wheel with absorber at engine of cars, and its structure, demand to it, its work philosophy and design fundamental rules. The V- belt wheel consists of a wheel disc, a rubber ring, a outside ring with V- grooves. Physics parameters of every part have different influence on effect of vibration damping. These parameters are torsional rigidity of the crankshaft and rubber ring, damper ient of the rubber ring and moment of inertia of the outside ring and wheel disc. In the moment of inertia of the wheel disc also included that moments of inertia to be converted to it from crankshaft and rolling parts at it. Deduced out a frequency response formula on torsional vibration of the crankshaft. Base on frequency response curves explained how make a best choice from each different parameter group and get an excellent design by an instance.
