摘要
针对叠网纸机包括流浆箱在内的备浆流送工段提出了一种DCS解决方案,详细介绍了系统测控点的配置,系统软、硬件的设计,并对过程中的控制难点和重点的控制算法进行了讨论。该设计方案在浙江富阳一纸厂成功实施,系统运行良好。
A DCS solution for the stock approach system and headbox of fourdrinier machine is presented. The configuration of measuring and control points is specified and the design of the hardware and software of the system is also introduced. The algorithm of difficult control points in the process is also discussed. This system has been used successfully in a papermaking factory and run normally.
