高校网络教育的系统规划与建设 被引量:3

摘要 网络教育正在我国迅速地发展着,许多高校已经具有自己的网上教学资源。但纵观目前高校网络教育的建设现状,普遍存在着缺乏整体规划、未能形成完整多功能的系统、各方面结合较松散等问题。本文针对这些问题.进行了高校网络教育的现状分析,探讨了这些问题存在的原因,并进一步从管理学的角度出发,提出了一套系统规划与建设的方案。
