摘要
采用气相色谱法,以环己酮为内标,以柱程序升温测定生物柴油中脂肪酸甲酯成分以及含量.结果表明:各脂肪酸甲酯在4~32 g·L-1质量浓度范围内,其峰面积与内标峰面积的比对浓度具有良好的线性(r>0.997 5).回收率在97.40%~102.15%之间(n=6),精密度实验中相对标准偏差为0.17%~1.79%(n=6).
Used PE-500 Gas Chromatography (GC) and referenced the cyclohexanone standard, this paper developed a method to measure components and contents of fatty acid methyl esters in biodiesel. The results showed that the standard curve for the five major components such as palmitic acid methyl ester, stearic acid methyl ester, oleic acid methyl ester, linoleic acid methyl ester and linolenic acid methyl ester were linear over the range of 4—32g/L(r 〉0. 997 5). The average recovery was 97.40%—102.15%. The range of the coefficient of variance is from 0.17 to 1.79%. There is a good reproducibility.
