升主动脉-胸降主动脉搭桥加主动脉瓣置换术治疗主动脉缩窄合并主动脉瓣病变一例

摘要 目的：探讨采用升主动脉-胸降主动脉搭桥加主动脉瓣置换术治疗成人主动脉缩窄合并严重主动脉瓣病变的手术方法及注意事项。临床资料：采用全麻中低温体外循环下,胸骨正中切口经心包内、下腔静脉内侧行升主动脉-降主动脉人工血管旁路+主动脉瓣置换术。体外循环时间125min,心肌阻断时间85min。手术顺利,术后恢复良好,无手术并发症出现,长期预后佳。结论：升主动脉-胸降主动脉搭桥术治疗主动脉缩窄合并严重主动脉瓣病变简便有效。可以一期完成手术,创伤小,可以避免常规主动脉手术常见的并发症。
