摘要 目的:探讨甲状腺激素与衰退期精神分裂症的关系。方法:将66例精神分裂症患者分为衰退期(研究组)和非衰退期(对照组),比较两组的血清甲状腺激素水平,并与有关因素进行相关性分析。结果:研究组促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平较对照组低。甲状腺素(T4)水平与总病程有关。三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)水平与疗程、总病程、焦虑抑郁因子、缺乏活力因子、敌对猜疑因子有关。TSH水平与疗程、缺乏活力因子有关。结论:精神分裂症的衰退症状与甲状腺功能异常有关。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between thyroid hormone and deteriorated schizophrenics. Method:Sixty-six schizophrenic inpatients were divided into deteriorated schizophrenics(research group) and nondeteriorated schizophrenics( control group). Serum thyroid hormone levels were tested in beth groups. And correlation of the hormone levels with related factors were studied. Results:TSH level was significantly lower in research group than in controls. There were correlations between each thyroid hormone and some factors:T4 level and illness duration; T3 level and duration of treatment, illness duration, depression and anxiety, hostility and suspicion, lack of energy;TSH level and illness duration, hostility and suspicion. Conclusion: It is indicated that deteriorated symptoms of schizophrenics might be related to thyroid hormone levels.
