高职的教学质量是高职发展的生命线,高职必须把提高教学质量作为第一追求。近几年高职的师资数量、教师素质、教学管理、生源等问题尖锐凸现,影响到高职的教学质量,我们必须正视现实,探讨提高教学质量的对策。

The teaching quality of vocational college is the lifeblood of vocational education, so it must be the first pursuit to improve the teaching quality. In the recent years, it is the problems of the teachers＇ number and Quality, teaching management, and student resource that have sharply been sticking out in the vocational college, which directly affect the teaching quality of the vocational college. Facing the situation, we have to seek out the countermeasure of raising the teaching quality.
