黄连解毒汤油纱条治疗顽固性鼻出血临床观察

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effects of Coptidis Toxin-Resolving greasy ribbon gauze on intractable epistaxis

目的观察黄连解毒汤油纱条治疗顽固性鼻出血的效果. 方法 93例顽固性鼻出血患者随机分成两组,治疗组(黄连解毒汤油纱条组)61例,用黄连解毒汤油纱条行前鼻孔填塞,或在鼻内镜下填塞压迫出血部位,全身给予止血、抗感染、镇静、营养支持药物等对症处理;对照组(凡士林油纱条组)32例,除鼻腔填塞用凡士林油纱条外,其它方法均同治疗组. 结果治疗组4～7天全部治愈,对照组治愈时间为5～13天不等,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P＜0.01). 结论黄连解毒汤油纱条能明显缩短创面愈合时间,无刺激性,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Coptidis Toxin-Resolving Greasy Ribbon Gauze （CTRGRG） on intractable epistaxis. Methods Ninety-three cases with intractable epistaxis were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 61 in treating group（TG） and 32 in controlling one （CG）. The cases in TG were treated with CTRGRG in the way of nasal packing, supplemented by generally using of such expectant treatment with hemostats, antibiotics, sedatives, nutrients and supporting therapy, while those in CG were treated only by the routine expectant treatment as used in TG. Results All the cases in TG were cured following such a therapy lasted for only 4 to 7 days. In contrast, the ones in CG were cured following a therapy lasted for 5 to 13 days. There was a significant difference in the curing period between the two groups（P〈0.01）. Conclusions The therapy supplemented with CTRGRG can significantly shorten the healing period of wound in nasal mucosa and it can be used with less irritability to nasal mucosa. Therefore. it is valuable to promote this therapy into clinical practice.
