康莱特联合放射治疗老年鼻咽癌的临床观察

The therapeutic effects of the combined therapy with kanglaite injection and radiotherapy on nasopharyngea carcinoma amollg aged cases

目的探讨康莱特注射液(KLT)联合放疗治疗老年鼻咽癌患者的疗效及其对放疗毒副反应、免疫反应和生活质量的影响。方法收治老年鼻咽癌患者75例,分为治疗组(KLT+放疗)39例和对照组(单纯放疗)36例。对两组的疗效、放疗反应和生活质量予以观察对比。结果两组总有效率和1年生存率分别为94.9%、97.4%和91.7%、94.4%,P>0.05;两组3年生存率分别为79.5%和69.4%,P<0.05;放射性口腔炎对照组明显重于治疗组,P<0.05;生活质量(Karnofsky评分)治疗组好于对照组,P<0.05;T淋巴细胞免疫活性(Ag-NORs)治疗组高于对照组。结论康莱特注射液联合放射治疗老年鼻咽癌,不但能提高患者的生活质量,增强机体的免疫功能,减轻患者的放疗反应,而且能提高生存率,延长生存期,确为配合放疗的一种理想药物,值得在临床上积极应用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of the combined therapy with Kanglaite Injection （KLTI） and radiotherapy on nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC） among aged cases. Methods 75 aged cases with NPC were divided into 2 groups, with a9 in treating group （TG） treated by the combined therapy and 36 in controlling one（CG） treated only by radiotherapy. Then, compared between the two groups of cases were the therapeutic effects side effects and the effects of therapy on life quality. Results The total effective rates and one-year survival rates were 94.9%, 97.4% and 91.7%,94.4% for the cases in TG and CG（P〈0.05） respectively, while the a-year survival rate was 79.5% in TG, significantly higher than that of 66. 7% in CG（P〈0.05） Furthermore, the side effects of therapy were significantly marked among the cases of CG than those of TG（P〈0. 05）,the life quality（Karnofsky scores）of cases in TG was significantly superior to that of cases in CG（P〈0. 05）, and the AgNORs activity of T lymphocytes was significantly higher in TG than in CG（P〈0. 05） as well. Conclusion The combined therapy with KLTI and radiotherapy holds superior therapeutic effects and less side effects to that of radiotherapy alone on the aged cases with NPC.
