摘要
目的观察大鼠跟腱在不同应力作用模式下适应性变化的规律。方法120只青年wister大鼠分组进行不同方式的运动训练,训练结束后观察跟腱组织结构并测量生物力学性能。结果跟腱的组织结构在训练过程中出现由损伤到修复重建的动态变化,与生物力学性能由下降到上升的变化规律相一致。循环训练8周组的大鼠跟腱各项力学性能有明显的提升。结论跟腱组织结构与力学性质的变化是对重复应力刺激的一种反应,是肌腱对抗力学疲劳的机制。训练中负荷重复的次数比单次负荷本身的大小对肌腱的改建更具有积极意义。循环训练可以加速跟腱的塑形改建,对跟腱是一种良好的锻炼方式。
[Objective] To determine the influence of different training methods on the adaptive changes of the Achilles tendon. [Methods] 120 rats were trained under tifferent exercise. After training, the Achilles tendon were obtained to evalute the tissue structural and biomechanical changes. [ Results] The changes of biomechanical properifies was identical to the changes of tissue structure.Mter 8 weeks of cyclical training, the mechanical properities of rat Achilles tendons were significendy higher than the untrained groups. [Conclusion] The increase in mechanical properities may be a response to repeated stress and may function as a mechanism to resisit tendon damage due to mechanical fatigue. Tendon properities may respond to the number of cycles of loading rather than the load per se. Cyclical training can accelerate the remodling of tendon properities so can be regarded as a reasonable exercise model for Achilles tendon.
