Study of T cell subsets and B cell subsets in patients with diabetes mullitus

目的研究糖尿病患者T,B细胞亚群细胞的变化。方法应用流式细胞术测定34例1型糖尿病患者及38例2型糖尿病患者T细胞亚群(CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8及B细胞、)并与正常对照组28例作比较。结果两组糖尿病患者CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、B细胞水平较对照组均有显著降低(P<0.01),CD8细胞显著升高(P<0.01)。1型糖尿病与2型糖尿病患者相比:CD3、CD4及CD4/CD8在1型糖尿病患者中下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论1型糖尿病和2型糖尿病都存在细胞免疫功能紊乱,1型糖尿病患者细胞免疫功能损害更严重。

[Objective] To study the dynamic change of T cell subsets and B-cell subsets in the patients with diabetes. [Methods] Expression of CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4/CDS, B-cells on peripheral lymphocytes in 34 patients with type 1 diabetes and 38 patients with type 2 diabetes were determined with flow cytometry and compared with 28 normal controls, [Result] The percentage of CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8, B-cells decreased significantly in diabetes groups compared with that of controls （P 〈0.01）, The percentage of CD8 was significantly higher in diabetes groups than that in normal control group （P 〈0.01）. The percentage of CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8, B-cells decreased significantly in type ldiabetes groups compared with that of type 2 diabetes group （P 〈0.05）. [Conclusions] These results indicated that there are significant abnormality of cell-mediated immunity in type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes patients and the abnormality are more significant in type 1 diabetes patients.
