摘要 介绍仪器仪表电气安全性测试仪中绝缘电阻、泄漏电流测试系统的原理及设计,该系统由单片机系统、测试回路和计算机系统组成,它不仅符合IEC61010-2001标准要求,在0MΩ-2000MΩ绝缘电阻和0.01mA-20mA泄漏电流的测量范围内,该系统测量误差<±1%(1σ),精度高,同时结合PC机和单片机系统为测控核心,使系统操作方便,也符合仪器虚拟化发展方向。 The paper introduced the theory and design of isolation-resistance and leaking-current test system m electric security tester of instrument. The testing system, which is composed of computer system, testing circuit and MCU, is in accord with the standard of IEC 61010-2001. Its measured error is less than 1%(1 α ) in the isolationresistance range of 0MΩ to 2000 MΩ and the leaking-current range of 0.01 mA to 20mA. The manipulation of the system, which is centered with computer and MCU, is very convenient and is consistent to the demand of instrument development.
