摘要
在把劳动力划分为一般劳动力与高级劳动力两部分的基础上,本文首先分析了高级劳动力投入及其它传统要素在工业总产出增长中的贡献,并认为传统要素投入在工业总产出增长中仍起着不可替代的作用;其次,进一步分析了高级劳动力投入及其它传统要素在工业生产率增长中的贡献。分析结果表明,高级劳动力增长在其中的影响仍然不尽人意。最后,简要分析了影响高级劳动力在工业发展中低配置效率的几个原因。
On the basis of dividing lobour into common labour and high-level labour, the paper analyzes the contribution of high-level labour and other traditional factors in gross output of Chinese industry. It makes an empirical analysis in detail in order to observe the influence of high-level labour in productivity growth of Chinese industry. The result indicates that efficiency of allocating high-level labour is rather low in Chinese industry, which results from several reasons.
