摘要
针对沙角A电厂原输煤控制系统动作不灵活,可靠性不高的问题,说明必须对输煤控制系统进行改造。在改造过程中,对出现PLC不能正确采集皮带电子秤发出的脉冲信号,煤仓间的高煤位传感器信号不能正确动作,斗轮机无线数据传输不稳定,系统感应电等问题提出了具体的解决方法。改造后,机组未因输煤系统的原因发生减负荷的现象,经济效益和社会效益显著。
The poor operation flexibility and reliability of the original coal conveyer control system in Shajiao A Power Station necessitated a reconstruction of the system. During the reconstruction, specific measures were taken to solve the problems such as the failure of the programmable logic controller (PLC) to correctly acquire the pulse signals from the belt electronic scales, the operation failure of the inter-bin sensor for high coal level, the unstable wireless data transmission of the bucket wheel machines, and the faradie electricity of the system. Since the transformation, no load reduction of the units has taken place as a result of the coal handling system, and the economic and social benefits have been remarkable.
